Terms of use
The ground rules for using this site, and a plain statement of what a request, a referral, and a rental agreement each mean.
About this site
This website describes Recovery Rides, a provider of accident replacement vehicles launching in Washington. The content is general information about the service.
Recovery Rides is not a law firm, insurance company, or lender, and nothing on this site is legal, insurance, or financial advice. For advice about a claim, consult an attorney.
Requests and referrals are not agreements
Submitting a vehicle request or a law-firm referral starts an eligibility review. It is not a reservation, an approval, a rental agreement, or a commitment by Recovery Rides to place a vehicle.
The forms on this site are prototypes during launch. Entries are not stored or transmitted, so a submission cannot be acted on until the live intake process is announced.
Eligibility review
Every placement depends on a review that considers vehicle availability, the requested area and dates, standard rental qualification requirements, and whether any deferred billing arrangement can be offered. Recovery Rides may decline any request.
Charges and responsibility
Rental charges are fixed and market-based, disclosed in the rental agreement before a placement begins. Charges are never calculated as a percentage of a settlement, verdict, or other recovery.
Where a deferred claim-based billing arrangement is offered after review, it changes when Recovery Rides seeks payment, not who owes it. The customer remains responsible for all amounts owed under the rental agreement.
Recovery Rides makes no promise or representation that any insurance company, adjuster, carrier, or settlement will pay or reimburse rental charges.
Law firms
A referral does not obligate a referring firm to pay or guarantee any rental charges, and Recovery Rides does not ask a firm for a payment guarantee.
No referral fee or other thing of value is paid or offered for referrals. Firms should refer a client only with that client's authorization.
Rental agreement controls
If anything on this site conflicts with a signed rental agreement, the signed agreement controls. The rental agreement sets out the vehicle, dates, rates, insurance requirements, and driver obligations.
Changes to these terms
Recovery Rides may update these terms as the service launches and expands. The version posted on this page applies to your use of the site.
