Privacy notice

What this site asks for, what it does not ask for, and how those answers are handled while Recovery Rides launches in Washington.

Scope of this notice

This notice describes how Recovery Rides handles information submitted through this website. Recovery Rides provides accident replacement vehicles; it is not a law firm, insurer, or lender.

This website is a launch site. The request and referral forms are currently prototypes: entries are held in your browser for the length of your visit and are not saved to our systems or transmitted anywhere.

Information we ask for

Customer requests ask for a name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, desired start date, vehicle class, whether the current vehicle is drivable, rental-coverage status, whether you are represented by an attorney, an optional law-firm name, a general pickup area, short notes, and your consent to be contacted.

Law-firm referrals ask for the firm name, the referring staff member's name, work email and work phone, the client's first and last name and phone number, desired start date, requested vehicle class, whether the vehicle is drivable, rental-coverage status, general notes, and confirmation that the client authorized sharing this information for vehicle placement.

Information we deliberately do not collect here

Do not send claim numbers, insurance policy numbers, medical information, financial account information, driver's-license data, or uploaded documents through these forms. Our forms do not ask for them and we do not want them at this stage.

Anything required to complete an actual rental is collected later, directly and securely, as part of the rental agreement process.

How information would be used

Once these forms are live, the information would be used to review eligibility, respond to the request, match an appropriate vehicle, and communicate about the placement. It would not be sold.

Referral information would be used to contact the referred client about a possible vehicle placement and to keep the referring firm informed of status.

Your choices

You can decline to provide any information and simply not submit a form. Consent to be contacted can be withdrawn at any time by telling us to stop contacting you.

Changes

As Recovery Rides launches and the forms begin operating live, this notice will be updated to describe actual storage, retention, and service providers. The version posted on this page always governs.
